Wellspring Accounting was built around a straightforward observation: Ontario's regulated health professionals — chiropractors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, acupuncturists, and naturopathic doctors — consistently run into the same accounting problems. HST exemptions misapplied. Jane App deposits unreconciled. WSIB payments not coded correctly. Payroll not set up properly for associate arrangements. Year-end scrambles.

Fixed Fees — No Hourly Billing
We believe you should know exactly what your accounting costs before the month begins. Every package is a flat monthly fee. No billable hours. No surprise invoices when a question takes longer to answer than expected.

Jane App and Cliniko are our daily tools, not systems we have to learn when you onboard. We know how deposits hit your bank account, how insurance reconciliations work, and how WSIB and MVA billing creates timing differences in your monthly numbers. You should not have to explain your practice management software to your accountant.
HST Expertise for Regulated Professions
Chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic services are all HST-exempt in Ontario — but the exemption has nuances. Mixed supplies, product sales, room rentals to associate practitioners, and supplement dispensaries all create taxable revenue alongside your exempt services. We manage that split correctly from the first month.
