We understand that chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic services are HST-exempt in Ontario. Every entry is coded correctly from day one.

Jane App and Cliniko are part of our daily workflow. We reconcile your deposits against your practice management reports — no manual data entry or exports required from you.

CRA-Ready Year-End

All packages include year-end financial statements and T2 corporate returns (or T1 for unincorporated practitioners). Your accountant file is always audit-ready.

Pricing FAQs

Can I change packages as my clinic grows?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time with 30 days notice. Most clients start on Essentials and move to Growth when they hire their first staff member or associate. We make the transition seamless — no data migration, no setup delays.

What if I have multiple practitioners at my clinic?

The Growth and Complete Practice packages are designed for multi-practitioner clinics. If you have associates, the Complete Practice package includes associate compensation review and incorporation structuring advice. Payroll for unlimited staff is included at the Complete Practice tier. If you are unsure which package fits your current team size, book a discovery call and we will recommend the right fit.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee. We absorb the onboarding cost as part of our commitment to long-term client relationships. Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks, during which we connect your bank feeds, review your historical books, and set up your accounting file correctly from day one.

Do you work with clinics outside Ontario?

Our focus is exclusively Ontario wellness clinics. The HST exemption rules, regulatory body requirements, and billing practices we specialize in — WSIB, MVA billing under FSRA, OCC, CPO, CMTO, CTCMPAO, and CONO requirements — are Ontario-specific. Serving only Ontario allows us to stay deeply specialized rather than being generalists.
